The 2023 48th Annual Kansas Association of Counties (KAC) Conference & Exposition is set for December 5-7, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Century II Convention Center in Wichita - Sedgwick County, Kansas. The Exposition Showcase at the conference is set for Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from approximately 1:30-7 p.m. CT at the Century II Convention Center.
The KAC Vendor Exposition Showcase is an excellent opportunity for your company/organization to showcase your products and services to Kansas County Elected Officials and staff from across all county departments. The Exposition provides our Kansas County attendees the benefit of exploring in-person with your company's representatives the opportunities available for current and future products and services that they can utilize in serving their county residents. Companies and organizations like yours value the beneficial investment that this one-on-one event provides for them to exhibit their products and services in one location on one afternoon to Kansas County officials from all across the state.

Vendor registration will again take place via the RegFox online platform. The RegFox online registration platform is user-friendly and will require an email address and password of your choosing.
You can choose to pay online by credit card or by check. The registration confirmation receipt you receive via email will serve as your invoice should you choose to pay by check. Please note: If you do pay by credit card, there will be a 3% credit card processing fee added to your registration total.

KAC Annual Conference & Exposition Entertainment and Hospitality Policy
Sponsors and exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to participate in the Association’s annual conference. However, entertainment or hospitality by companies, organizations, or individuals during the Association’s meetings, educational workshops, or conference-wide social events is strictly prohibited. Entertainment or hospitality by companies, organizations, or individuals is limited to only those who are sponsors or exhibitors at the annual conference, at a time when no conference meetings or conference-wide social events are planned. No commercial exhibits are to be displayed in public areas or hotel lobbies outside the exposition or conference meeting areas. Exhibitors are expected to maintain their exhibit booths until the ending time of the exposition and not dismantle booths until the exposition has closed. Violation of this policy may result in denial of registration and participation in future conferences.

Early Bird Exhibit Booth
$800 Early Bird Exhibit Booth fee (by 11:59 p.m., Saturday, September 30, 2023) for one booth at the exhibition showcase at the 2022 KAC Annual Conference & Exhibition.
Exhibit booth fee includes: One 10-ft.x10-ft. booth with 8-ft. high back drapes and 3-ft. high side dividers, one 6-ft. table and two chairs, and up to three full conference registrations. Exhibit fee does not include any special equipment needs. These items must be handled through Henry Helgerson Company, Inc., official drayage firm of the KAC.
Standard Exhibit Booth
$900 Standard Exhibit Booth fee (on/after Sunday, October 1, 2023) for one booth at the exhibition showcase at the 2022 KAC Annual Conference & Exhibition.
Exhibit booth fee includes: One 10-ft.x10-ft. booth with 8-ft. high back drapes and 3-ft. high side dividers, one 6-ft. table and two chairs, and up to three full conference registrations. Extra Booth Space for Large Equipment

Conference Program Advertising Opportunities
Further your organization's reach to conference attendees by advertising in this year's KAC Annual Conference and Exhibition Program. The printed conference program is distributed to all Kansas County Officials and staff who attend the conference.
Submit ads in PDF, EPS or TIFF format with a print copy of the ad to size. Submission deadline is Friday, October 2, 2023. Advertising space is on a first-come, first-served basis.
