The Heartland Certified Public Manager® (CPM) program is a professional education opportunity for managers working in government agencies, nonprofits, and organizations that contract to provide public services and meet community needs.

Never have we seen teams have to adapt more than when COVID-19 hit and changed how public service, nonprofit, and government agencies deliver services. Never has it been more important for managers to be trained and equipped to meet today's challenges.

CPM is a nationally accredited management program and certification in which participants develop and strengthen their management skills through our competency-based curriculum.  The CPM credential is a nationally recognized emblem of management excellence.
